 #1 Kimimaro Surpasses Wolvorine

Wolverine with 2 pairs of three adamantium blade

By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking.

Kimimaro’s abilities came from his Bloodline Limit, Dead Bone Pulse, which allowed the user to manipulate their own skeletal structure as a means of combat. Specifically, it allowed Kimimaro to manipulate his osteoblast and osteoclast cells, which are responsible for building or breaking down bone tissue. This ability gave him absolute control over the concentration of calcium within his bones, allowing him to control the density or malleability of them. Kimimaro also stated that his bones were stronger than tempered steel. Kimimaro used this ability to wield his bones as weapons in battle, Wolverine is a mutant, possessing animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, only three retracting bone claws on each hand. Can wolverine manipulate extra blade in combat?

#2 Tobi Surpasses Nightcrawler

Tobi Using space-time teleportation

Tobi is almost completely impervious to damage. When struck, attacks pass right through him, Tobi also shows the ability to travel long distances within relatively short timespans. While he is usually seen using this ability on himself, avoiding attacks rather than relying on his imperviousness, he can teleport anyone. When he teleports he sends them to what is a separate dimension. Now our mutant, Nightcrawler possesses same ability to teleport himself, his clothing, and a certain amount of additional mass from one point to another virtually instantaneously. He does this by means of displacing himself through an alternate dimension briefly and reappearing in a desired, pre-selected location. He has been shown to be able to teleport distances of up to two miles (3 km) under optimal conditions, although it is at his extreme limit, and he can become severely fatigued if he tries to teleport that distance (in one case, however, he teleports somewhere over 50 miles (80 km)). But attack can’t passes  right through nightcrawler, So Nightcrawler Failed :(

#3 Itachi Uchiha Surpasses Cyclops

Itachi’s Amaterasu

Cyclops Red Beam

The black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user’s vision. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable. The flames are capable of burning through anything in their path, even smothering regular fire with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by the Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. Now our Cyclops has also the eye power to emit beams of energy from his eyes described as an “optic blast.” The beams have the appearance of red light called electromagnetic radiation in a red wavelength.  however, they do not give off heat and instead deliver concussive force. The beams are powerful enough to rupture steel plates and pulverize rock. But Itachi’s amaterasu burns everything in the line of sight. Poor cyclops need to turn the optical device to attack, But for itachi needs only a eye blink to burn the target to ashes.

#4 Pain Surpasses Magneto

Pain’s Gravitational Technique

Pain’s abilities revolved around the manipulation of attractive and repulsive forces, allowing it to repel or attract objects or people. Unlike Magneto, pain can create a moon.

Pain’s  Chibaku Tensei

Pain’s Almighty Push

The Pain’s Deva Path’s Chibaku Tensei allowed it to release a black orb of energy that could attract all surrounding matter to form a huge makeshift terrestrial body. The Deva Path’s most infamous and one of his greatest feats was single-handedly wiping out entire village with one powerful Shinra Tensei.

Magneto has a the power only to manipulate the Earth’s electromagnetic fields to achieve a wide range of effects. The primary application of his power is control over magnetism and the manipulation of metal – ferrous and nonferrous. He can affect a very large quantity of metal at one time. For example, he has levitated objects as heavy as a 30,000 ton nuclear submarine is impressive, But can he create a moon? NO :(
